Introduction
The Quran, the spoken word of Allah (SWT), was revealed through hearing to Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) by Angel Gabriel (AS)and Passed down through generations from the Prophet (PBUH) to his noble companions (RA), this everlasting book serves as the soul and explanation of the Islamic religion, a divine methodology and constitution for the Muslim nation. It is both a provision for their lives and a light illuminating their world.
Course Identification
Qur’an home institute provides a learning course suitable for all ages and levels to reach the fluency in reading Qur’an.
In the beginning, the learner Carries a test to assess their reading level and their ability to:
Combine letters to form words.
Combine words to form sentences.
This test helps the learner and the teacher to:
⦁ Identify the learner’s strengths and weaknesses.
⦁ Create a personalized learning plan that is tailored to the learner’s needs.
If the learner faces any difficulty in reading words or combining letters or words, they will be transferred to the “How I Can Read” (HICR) course to address these issues.
After that, they will begin the Qur’an fluency course.
After determining a study plan tailored to their needs, the learner will apply that plan with his teacher to achieve the goal in Qur’an reading in the shortest possible time Insha’Allah
In this course, the learner will study the theoretical and practical rules of Tajweed, They will learn how to pronounce the letters by studying their points of articulation and characteristics , beside that ,the learner also will receive useful activities and exercises that will help them study the rules of Qur’an reading more easily and effectively.
Course Content
1-Studying all the theoretical rules of Tajweed
2-Studying the articulation points of the Arabic letters and their application in recitation.
3-Studying the characteristics of the Arabic letters and the differences between similar and analogous letters .
4-Developing a plan to complete the recitation of the Quran while focusing on the correct articulation of letters, their sounds, and the rules of elongation .
5-Studying a plan for developing voice and improving performance during reading .
Course level
The course is divided into three levels:
Beginner: This level is for students who have never learned to read Arabic before. It starts from scratch and takes students to the level of proficiency.
Intermediate: This level is for students who have studied some of the rules of reading but not all of them. It is also for students who have studied the rules but apply them slowly or have difficulty putting words together.
Advanced: This level is for students who pronounce words well without difficulty and want to achieve fluency in reading the Quran and improve their performance in recitation.
